Lighthouse Nursery - Opening Hours

The Nursery is open from 9:00 am to 12 noon and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday for most of the year. We take eighteen children per session aged from two and a half to five years.

We also have a few ‘extended play group’ places which means children can come from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm and bring a packed lunch, which is stored in the nursery fridge.

The Nursery also provides holiday places on a pay-as-you-go basis. Parents can telephone and book an individual session or book a regular holiday place. These places become available because some children come to Nursery during term time only. Other children are in Nursery all year.

A light snack is provided at each session - fruit juice, milk, toast and fruit.

New parents are given a parent’s handbook that informs you of our policies and procedures so that you are aware of how we do things in the Lighthouse.
